Ricky May-Wolsdorff — Manager, Director
Trained as a dancer, actor and singer, she now works mainly as a choreographer and director.
Ricky May-Wolsdorff's stage career began at the age of sixteen as a dancer at the Viennese Volksoper. She also represented Austria at the Freestyle World Champoinship in London, where she finished in fifth place. She was 18 when she first appeared as an actress at the ORF TV-theatre in The Waltz of the Toreadors by Anouilh. For several years she was a member of the Theater in der Josefstadt, where she appeared in many major parts. Later, she played at Volkstheater Wien, Schauspielhaus Stuttgart, Staatstheater Stuttgart, Landestheater Linz and also regularly returned to the Josefstadt theatre. She appeared in various TV series produced by ORF and Südwestfunk, and wrote and performed her own one-woman shows. Her innovative dance-cum-acting performances of fairy tales for children were nominated for the Berlin Grimm-Preis.
In 2001 she founded the european grouptheater. Its opening production was »Spoonface Steinberg« by Lee Hall at the Rabenhof theatre, Vienna. In 2008 she played the premiere of »Die Blinden, die Tauben und andere Geillisten«, a one-woman play by Franzobel.
In 2005 she started the jugendtheater company as part of the european grouptheater, a project for the promotion of youth culture.

Peter Wolsdorff — Member of the Board
Stage director, actor. Awards and distincitions: recipient of the Raimundring, the Skraup Award for the best production (Volkstheater Wien), the Austrian Decoration for Science and Art, and the Cultural Award of Lower Austria.

Ingrid Rencher — Dramaturgic Collaborator
Studied at the universities of Vienna and Bern. Worked free-lance for the radio station SFB in Berlin, especially in the radio play department. Dramaturg at the Schauspielhaus Wien (1979–85) and the Volkstheater Wien (1985–2005). Translator of plays by Brian Friel, Joshua Sobol, David Hare, Howard Barker and Harold Pinter among others.

Hilmar Grundmann — PhD – Academic Advisor
University professor, teaches pedagogy at Hamburg university.
Studied pedagogy, German language and literature and their didactics, philosophy and economics. Both state exams for teaching at a Gymnasium. Recipient of the Hebbel-Ring. Numerous publications, most recently appeared: Bildung und Integration, Frankfurt am Main 2010.
